Registered for online services?
If you are registered for online services then you cancel the appointment and re-book all at the same time
It is easier and quicker to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions via our online service. Simply log in and select an option.
We aim to have online prescription requests ready for collection within 48 working hours from ordering online but please be aware if you are sending your medication to a chemist outwith our area it can take up to 72 hours. If you have informed us that your prescription goes to a certain chemist this will remain the same and you can collect it from the chemist as normal.
We can send your prescriptions directly to the following pharmacies:
- Craigmillar (previously Dears),
- Lindsay & Gilmour (previously Smiths),
- Boots Fort Kinnaird, Newington and Cameron Toll,
- Asda Jewel
- Lindsay & Gilmour
